It's actually a decent sized city park, and it's flat enough for people to play lunch time soccer on. There's BBQ facilities and a public toilet though I'd probably recommend you walk across the river and use the facilities at the crown instead for a much more comfortable and cleaner experience. Right next to the yarra river which would be awesome except it has an overrun of seagulls and I have seen rats scouring past from the abandoned Rebecca Walk precinct area at the back.

Great point to relax near Crown plaza and Crown casino or Melbourne Heliport. Can feel the nature and Yara river in front of you. The only issue is the metro train's huge noise passing on the bridge.

Nice grassy area by the river. Its close to the helipad on the river. The BBQ area has quite a few seats around it, otherwise you can just sit on the grass. The BBQ is on the river side of the park.
